Golson v. Everest Auto Center: Our clients purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Everest Auto Center in Sacramento. The Vehicle was sold to our clients with undisclosed accident damage. The next day, our clients contacted Everest Auto and attempted to return the Vehicle when they discovered the damage. However, Everest Auto refused to allow our clients to return the Vehicle.
