CASE UPDATE: Drummond v. Hoehn Buick GMC Cadillac, Inc. – Plaintiff purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Cadillac SRX from Hoehn Buick GMC Cadillac in the City of Carlsbad, in San Diego County. Shortly after purchase, Plaintiff alleges he began having mechanical problems with the Vehicle.
