Cartag USA, LLC

Our client purchased a 2013 Honda Civic from Cartag USA in Bakersfield. Our client is a Spanish speaker and he negotiated the sale of the vehicle in Spanish. Our client alleges he was only given the sales documents in English. Under Civil Code section 1632, an automobile dealership is required to provide a Spanish language translation of the sales agreement when the transaction is negotiated primarily in Spanish. On top of that, our client alleges the vehicle was sold with multiple mechanical problems. He further alleges Cartag USA claimed to have fixed all the mechanical problems, but did not do so. Now, the vehicle needs a new transmission. Our client contacted our office to help him resolve his case. If you find yourself in a similar situation, call us now so we can help you! (Vazquez v. Cartag USA, LLC)
