Carfast San Diego Allegedly Overcharges Vehicle License Fees – Bulmer v. Carfast San Diego, Inc., et al.

After driving hundreds of miles to the dealership to purchase a truck he saw online, our client alleges Carfast San Diego in El Cajon charged him $490 for vehicle license fees. California law provides the annual amount for vehicle license fees shall equal .65 percent of the vehicle’s market value (Line 1(A)(1) on the sale contract). It further requires dealerships to reimburse consumers for any overage. Our client alleges Carfast San Diego overcharged him by $410 and illegally failed to issue a refund.

If Line 2(A) of your sale contract contains a number exceeding .65 percent of the “cash price” of the vehicle as indicated on Line 1(a)(1), contact Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center for a COMPLIMENTARY evaluation of your rights.
