Cao, Dinh v. Finchey Corporation of California dba Pacific BMW: Our client purchased a 2016 238i from Pacific BMW in Glendale, California. Our client alleges he was told the Vehicle was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicle and was shown a multi-point inspection checklist before purchase. However, he was not given the inspection checklist and was not provided with any CPO warranty information. A few days after purchase, our client alleges he noticed minor damage to the Vehicle. That prompted our client to investigate further and have an inspection performed on the Vehicle at a collision center. There, our client alleges, he was informed the Vehicle has damage to the left front end. Our client contacted us to assist him with his case.
