Our client bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Rally Auto Group on August 18, 2021. However, on August 31, 2021 – more than 10 days after the sale – she alleges Rally Auto Group’s managers allegedly texted her telling her that she had to go back to Rally Auto Group to sign a new contract, and when our client refused, Rally Auto Group allegedly tried to repossess the 2016 Hyundai, in violation of the Seller’s Right to Cancel.
