However, on August 31, 2021 – more than 10 days after the sale – she alleges Rally Auto Group’s managers allegedly texted her telling her that she had to go back to Rally Auto Group to sign a new contract, and when our client refused, Rally Auto Group allegedly tried to repossess the 2016 Hyundai, in violation of the Seller’s Right to Cancel. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
