Campellone/O’Brien v. Victorville Motors, Inc.: Our clients purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Victorville Motors Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in June 2017. Since then, the Vehicle has been in for service and repairs on multiple occasions. Most recently, our clients allege the Vehicle has been issued a Manufacturer Safety Recall for a safety issue where no remedy is available. Our clients also allege they have contacted Victorville Motors and FCA to attempt to resolve the issue. Without being able to receive any assistance and having a Vehicle that, our clients allege, is not operating properly, they contacted our office. We will now help our clients resolve their matter.
