Client purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion 1500 VIN: 3FA6P0H71DR244436 from Pablos Auto Sales. Client alleges that Pablos Auto Sales (1) misrepresented the Fusion’s accident history; (2) failed to disclose the Fusion’s history as a rental; and (3) Used an NMVTIS report in a fraudulent and misleading way.
