BUYER BEWARE! THOR MOTOR COACH HAS A SECRET CLAUSE IN THEIR WARRANTY

Thor Motor Coach has a secret cause in its warranty.  This clause allows Thor to move any lemon law claim that you may need to file from California to Elkhart County, Indiana.  In Musgrave v Thor Motor Coach, et al. Case No. CU21-085561 Thor attempted to enforce this clause and filed a motion attempting to transfer our case from Nevada County to Elkhart County, Indiana.

We then threatened to sue the selling dealer for its failure to disclose this clause to our clients at the time of sale.  Thor eventually capitulated and withdrew its motion.
