This case involving fraud was filed against Autoworkz,located in Burbank in Los Angeles County. Mr. and Mrs. Martinez allege this buy-here-pay-here dealer sold them a clunker without a warranty, in violation of California law. When the vehicle broke down shortly after purchase, Autoworkz refused to repair it. Now, this cheating dealership must answer in court!
