Buy Here, Pay Here Dealerships Must Provide Warranty

This case involving fraud was filed against Autoworkz,located in Burbank in Los Angeles County. Mr. and Mrs. Martinez allege this buy-here-pay-here dealer sold them a clunker without a warranty, in violation of California law.
