BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE DEALER SELLS VEHICLE WITH CONCEALED FRAME DAMAGE AND BRAKE PROBLEMS Griffin v. JS Lovemotors International Inc. – Los Angeles
Griffin v. JS Lovemotors International Inc. – Los Angeles
Our client alleges he bought a 2011 Mercedes from JS Lovemotors, a “buy here pay here” (“BHPH”) dealership. JS Lovemotors allegedly concealed from our client – until after he agreed to buy the Mercedes – that the Mercedes had frame damage, and allegedly didn’t comply with the laws for BHPH dealers including providing express warranties and a reasonable-market-value label on the Mercedes. The Mercedes also has recurring brake problems. If you’ve been sold a defective vehicle or one with concealed frame damage by a BHPH dealer, didn’t get a written warranty, or didn’t get a reasonable market value sticker telling you how much you were overpaying for your vehicle, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
