Our client alleges Starz Auto Sales, a “buy here pay here” (“BHPH”) dealership, sold her a 2008 BMW “as is” (which is against the law for BHPH dealers) and didn’t post a label on the vehicle listing the reasonable market value (also against the law for BHPH dealers). When the vehicle broke down, the dealer refused to fix the vehicle under the warranty that BHPH dealers are required to give by law.
