BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE DEALER SELLS “LEMON,” OVERCHARGES VEHICLE LICENSE FEE

Browne v. Museitef dba Barstow Auto Sales – Barstow (San Bernardino)

Our client alleges he bought a 2007 Chevrolet from Barstow Auto Sales, a “buy here pay here” (“BHPH”) dealership. Barstow Auto Sales allegedly overcharged the Vehicle License Fee by almost $290 and didn’t post a warranty on the vehicle or a reasonable-market-value label on the vehicle (both against the law for BHPH dealers) The Chevrolet also had recurring problems with the check-engine light and airbag warning light that several repair attempts failed to fix. If you’ve been sold a defective vehicle by a BHPH dealer, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.  Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights.  We are here to help you!
