BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE DEALER SELLS DEFECTIVE VEHICLE, WON’T FIX?

Valenzuela v. Gergi dba Grand Auto Sales – Spring Valley (San Diego)
Our clients bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Grand Auto Sales at a total price of $9,800 in March 2021. Grand Auto Sales’ website states it is a Buy-Here-Pay-Here (“BHPH”) dealership. By law, BHPH dealers are required to provide written warranties. However, Grand Auto Sales allegedly sold the Nissan “as is” to our clients, and then when the Nissan broke down and was diagnosed by a Nissan dealership as needing over $5,000 of repairs, refused to fix the Nissan when our clients asked for repairs. If you’ve been sold a defective vehicle by a Buy-Here-Pay-Here dealer who refuses to attempt repairs, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
