BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE DEALER ALLEGEDLY FAILS TO PROVIDE EXPRESS WARRANTY AND SELLS DEFECTIVE VEHICLES – REPURCHASED BY DEALER THANKS TO AUTO FRAUD LEGAL CENTER!

Futch v. St Alex Auto Center, Inc. dba Global Auto Group – Fontana (San Bernardino County)
Our client bought a 2010 Audi Q5 from Global Auto Group, an alleged Buy-Here-Pay-Here (“BHPH”) dealership. When the Audi broke down, our client allegedly reported that to Global Auto Group, which then took the Audi and sold our client a 2014 Jeep Cherokee – without refunding or applying our client’s purchase money for the Audi to the Jeep – and also did not provide an express warranty or a label showing the Jeep’s reasonable market value, both of which are illegal for BHPH dealers. Global Auto Group also allegedly overcharged several statutory fees, and refused to repair the vehicle despite its legal obligation as a BHPH dealer to provide a warranty and perform repairs. After Rosner Barry & Babbitt took his case and filed suit, the dealership agreed to take back the 2014 Jeep and refund our client’s money.
