Our client bought a 2004 Mazda 6 from A+ Auto Center, a buy-here-pay-here (“BHPH”) dealership in Colton. A+ Auto allegedly failed to disclose that the vehicle was a prior rental vehicle, or that the vehicle’s actual mileage was 80,000 miles more than what was on the sale contract. Also, the vehicle license fee charged to our client was greater than what California law allows.
