Bradford, et al. v. Commerce Hyundai, Inc., et al. – Los Angeles County

New auto fraud case filed regarding our clients’ 2018 Land Rover Range Rover. Our clients bought the car in April 2021 and started having problems with the engine within a few months of the purchase. Now the dealership refuses to repair the car under warranty. Our clients allege Commerce Hyundai (1) sold them a vehicle with mechanical problems, (2) misrepresented that the vehicle was under Land Rover’s express warranty when it was not, (3) misrepresented the vehicle’s condition and history, and (4) breached the implied warranty of merchantability.
