Bought a Car from DriveTime Car Sales?

Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center has been getting multiple calls from consumers who purchased vehicles from DriveTime. Our clients allege that this chain of dealerships has sold them cars with accident damage, without telling them about that damage prior to the sale. DriveTime has also allegedly sold vehicles to consumers without disclosing that the vehicles were prior rental cars. DriveTime is required to post the reasonable market value of the vehicles it is offering for sale next to their asking price on the window. If you didn’t see such a sticker, you may have been massively overcharged.
If you’ve purchased a vehicle from DriveTime that has been in a prior accident or was a rental car, or didn’t get a document telling you the reasonable price of your vehicle so you could compare it to DriveTime’s asking price, please contact tsolik@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
