Bolanos v. Envision WC Toy Auto, LLC – Undisclosed Total Loss

In Bolanos v. Envision WC Toy Auto, LLC, Mr. Bolanos alleged the used 2016 Toyota Tacoma he purchased from Envision Toyota of West Covina in September 2020 had previously been declared a total loss. He alleged either (1) Envision Toyota of West Covina did not obtain a National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (“NMVTIS”) report for the truck as required by Vehicle Code section 11713.26(a), or (2) Envision Toyota of West Covina did obtain an NMVTIS report and knew the vehicle was previously declared a total loss and committed fraud by failing to disclose that information to him.
Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center successfully represented Mr. Bolanos in obtaining a settlement on his behalf as to all Defendants, including our firm’s fees and costs.
