Bolanos v. Envision WC Toy Auto, LLC – Undisclosed Total Loss

In Bolanos v. Envision WC Toy Auto, LLC, Mr. Bolanos alleged the used 2016 Toyota Tacoma he purchased from Envision Toyota of West Covina in September 2020 had previously been declared a total loss. He alleged either (1) Envision Toyota of West Covina did not obtain a National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (“NMVTIS”) report for the truck as required by Vehicle Code section 11713.26(a), or (2) Envision Toyota of West Covina did obtain an NMVTIS report and knew the vehicle was previously declared a total loss and committed fraud by failing to disclose that information to him.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
