BMW OF MOUNTAIN VIEW

BMW of Mountain View allegedly performed a thorough 125 point CPO inspection, and deemed our client’s 2011 BMW Z4 sDrive 35 to be of sufficient quality to be advertised as an Auto Nation Certified Vehicle. It seems that the 125 Point Inspection was not as thorough as represented. Shortly after purchase, our client started to experience water leaks.

The Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed a lawsuit demanding that BMW and/or BMW of Mountain View repurchase our client’s vehicle under California’s Lemon Law. The lawsuit is Piombo v. BMW of North America, LLC, et al., Santa Clara Superior Court Case No. 17CV320749. If a dealership has misrepresented the condition of a vehicle, or failed to fix your lemon, please contact the Auto Fraud Legal Center for a free case review. We are here to help you! We have been representing consumers in California for over thirty years.
