To the consumer’s surprise, the “certified” vehicle had been in an accident prior to his purchase and had been repaired with aftermarket parts. The consumer alleged Mercedes-Benz of Encino did not disclose this accident history to him. With our firm’s help, Mercedes-Benz of Encino bought back the vehicle. The consumer got back all of his out-of-pocket expenses plus an additional $10,000.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
