AUTONATION SELLS A USED VEHICLE AS NEW

Our client purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Roseville in Placer County. AutoNation advertised the Vehicle as ‘New’. However, our client later learned that the Vehicle was actually a Used Vehicle – not New. Our client alleges that AutoNation refused to cancel the sale or return her money.
