AUTO BAZAAR DID NOT DISCLOSE THE PRIOR ACCIDENT
Auto Bazaar in Costa Mesa in Orange County sold our clients a 2016 Scion iM. Our clients allege Auto Bazaar stated the Vehicle was never in an accident and had just over 21,000 miles, with the manufacturer’s warranty still remaining on the vehicle. When our clients tried to take the vehicle for repairs under the manufacturer’s warranty, they learned the truth. The vehicle had been in an accident and the manufacturer’s warranty was voided due to these prior repairs. Our clients tried to return the Vehicle to Auto Bazaar due its poor condition, but Auto Bazaar refused. They called the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. The experienced attorneys have seen this situation before and will ensure they are compensated.
