New case filed against Longo Toyota alleging Longo Toyota sold our client a “new” 2018 Toyota Highlander, VIN: 5TDJGRFH1JS043892, that had actually been damaged and repainted. When our client reported problems with the Vehicle, Toyota Motor Sales was able to see the repair work and suggested the warranty may have been partially voided.
