Another BMW “Certified” Lemon Drops From The Tree

Our clients allege that in April 2016, they purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2013 BMW 528i Sedan, from BMW of San Diego. BMW of San Diego is an authorized dealership for BMW of North America, LLC and doing business in San Diego.

Our clients’ lawsuit alleges the BMW 528i was delivered to them with serious defects and nonconformities to warranty and developed other serious defects and non-conformities to warranty. The complaint alleges these defects include, but are not limited to: multiple illumination of warning lights such as the check engine light, steering malfunction light, drivetrain malfunction light, coolant light and service engine light; loss of power; rough running engine; abnormal shaking and vibrations; cooling system malfunctions, electrical malfunctions, and abnormal noises. The lawsuit alleges BMW of North America failed and/or refused to repair and failed to repurchase the 2013 BMW 528i Sedan as it was required to do under the law.
