Ali v. Mossy Automotive Group Lemon Grove
Our client purchased a used 2014 Nissan Leaf from Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa in San Diego County. Our client alleges that prior to purchasing the vehicle he asked if it had ever been in an accident, and was told by Mossy Nissan that it had not. Our client thereafter attempted to trade-in the vehicle to another dealership, which refused to accept it as a trade-in because a CarFax Vehicle History Report showed the vehicle had been in a prior accident. Our client asked Mossy Nissan to repurchase the vehicle, but it refused to do so. Our client turned to Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. We filed a lawsuit in San Diego County Superior Court, alleging the dealership committed fraud in the sale of the vehicle. The case settled when Mossy Nissan agreed to repurchase the vehicle for a full refund, and pay our client’s attorney’s fees and costs.
