A Side Deal for a Deferred Down Payment.
Andes Motors, Inc., located in Bloomington, in San Bernardino County, allegedly sold a 2010 Nissan Altima to Spanish-speaking consumer. The entire negotiation for the purchase was in Spanish. Despite, this, Andes Motors allegedly failed to give this consumer a Spanish-language version of the purchase contract before having him a sign an English-language version. On top of that, Andes Motors allegedly has this consumer sign another document in which he promised to pay part of the down payment at a future date. Problem is Andes Motors allegedly did not include that information on purchase contract itself, which is against the law. This consumer got help from the Auto Fraud Legal Center and has taken this dealer to court.
