A “New” Car that Was Anything But New
Premier Automotive of Placentia allegedly told this consumer that the 2017 Jeep Cherokee was “new.” The dealership even represented it had reduced the price by $4,500. But the Jeep had 6,000 miles on it! Quick with an answer, the salesman explained the dealership had used the car but had never sold it to anyone. Plaintiff trusted the salesman and bought the Jeep, but then found out the dealership re-raised the price by almost $5,000! This consumer knew that was wrong. He called Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center, got a free consultation, and is now in court to make things right.
