In February 2020, our clients allege they shopped around on Ganas Autos’ website and found a certified 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe (the “Vehicle”) they liked. Ganas Auto conducts business in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside. Ganas advertises on its website offer for sale undergo a full 150-point certified inspection and come with 12-month warranty.
Our clients allege they went to Ganas Auto’s lot in the city of San Fernando. When Claimants arrived at Ganas, they were told the Vehicle was at another Ganas location but were showed images of the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe they saw on-line and were told the 2015 Tahoe was in very good condition.
Among other claims, our clients allege Ganas Auto’s failed to provide warranties in compliance with California law; failed to properly inspect the Chevy Tahoe prior to sale; failed to provide the required disclosures on the vehicles Ganas sells; sold the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe for more than the reasonable market value price; failed to repair the 2015 Tahoe under warranty; misrepresented the condition of the Chevy; and failed to include all financial agreements for the sale in a single document.
