2019 RAM 1500

The Ram 1500 looks sharp on the outside, but more and more people are beginning to consistently complain about how it performs. The Ram 1500 shows signs of various defects, including the instrument cluster resetting and the Check Engine Light (CEL) turning on. Others complain about the steering wheel locking at 11 o’clock and failure of the power steering. Still others note shifting issues and engine sluggishness.

Ram is required to complete warranty repairs within thirty (30) days. However, even after being provided a reasonable opportunity to repair the Ram 1500, the defects remain. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
