Our client purchased an Audi Certified Pre-Owned (“Audi CPO”) 2013 Audi S4 from Audi Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, California. Prior to purchase, our client alleges she asked Audi Beverly Hills if the certified vehicle had ever been involved in the accident and Audi Beverly Hills said it had not. After purchase, our client discovered tell-tale signs of accident damage and requested that Audi Beverly Hills repurchase the vehicle. It refused, and our client turned to the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. We filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Audi Beverly Hills and Volkswagen Group of America, alleging the dealership committed fraud and sold the vehicle in violation of California law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Vehicle Code. Expert inspection determined the vehicle had likely been involved in multiple pre-sale accidents and was not repaired to Audi’s factory standards. The case settled when Audi Beverly Hills and VWGoA agreed to repurchase the vehicle and pay our client’s attorney’s fees and costs.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
