Roughton v. Giant Inland RV Center

Mr. and Mrs. Roughton purchased a 2017 Thor Gemini from Giant Inland RV Center in Colton, California. In a lawsuit filed in San Bernardino County, Mr. and Mrs. Roughton allege the Thor RV was sold to them with serious defects that have prevented them from using the RV. Mr. and Mrs. Roughton demanded Thor buyback the RV, but it refused. Our clients now seek relief under California’s lemon law.
