Dealership Hides Fact Car Was in an Accident. Buyer Finds Out and Sues.

A consumer alleges Sterling Imports Ltd. in Santa Ana lied about a car’s accident history and committed fraud against him. This consumer contends he asked the salesman if the Toyota Camry he was looking at had been in any accidents, and the salesman lied and said no. Fast forward to when this consumer wanted to buy a bigger car for his family and tried trading in his Camry, and this consumer learned the Camry had been in an accident before he bought it and he had been lied to by Sterling Imports. This consumer isn’t a lawyer, but he knew it wasn’t right that they lied to him about the Camry, so he called the Auto Fraud Legal Center and now he’s taking this dealership to court.
