Lee v. Auto Mission, LTD dba AutoNation Toyota Hayward, et al. – Alameda County
Auto fraud case filed over our client’s purchase of a 2017 Dodge Charger. Our client alleges AutoNation Toyota Hayward: (1) sold the car to her without disclosing it had mechanical problems; (2) made statements about the car, which were untrue or misleading; (3) misrepresented the quality and/or condition of the car; (4) violated Vehicle Code § 11713.18 relating to the sale of “certified” vehicles; and (5) sold the car as certified when it did not qualify to be certified under the dealer’s certification guidelines.
