Vehicle Broke Down Two Weeks After Purchase
In December 2018, our client purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Juaregui Imports, Inc., in Ontario. Our client alleges the vehicle broke down after only two days of driving it. Our client took the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs. Our client further alleges the vehicle broke down again two days after having been repaired. Our client took the vehicle to a third-party dealership for a diagnostic and was informed the vehicle cannot be fixed because of various mechanical problems.
