Mr. Romo alleged he made clear to Sunrise Ford that he was looking for a diesel truck. He alleged he visited the dealership twice regarding a certain white 2019 Ford F-250 Platinum with a diesel engine. About a week later, when Mr. Romo was about to refuel the truck for the first time, he was surprised by a sticker stating the truck takes gas.
