Failure to Provide Spanish Translation

Ms. Ayon, a Spanish speaker, alleges she purchased a vehicle from Cerritos Nissan and the transaction was negotiated exclusively in Spanish, but that Cerritos Nissan failed to provide her with a Spanish language translation of the sale contract and all other terms of the transaction in violation of Civil Code section 1632(b).
