Our client purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from DCH Subaru of Riverside in March 2019. That summer, our client had continuous problems with the vehicle’s air conditioner. Turns out, the problems with the air conditioner stem from prior front-end damage to the vehicle. Our client alleges the prior accident damage was not disclosed to him before he purchased the vehicle. Additionally, our client took the vehicle back to DCH Subaru of Riverside for service after discovering the vehicle’s prior accident damage. Our client alleges the damage to the front end of the vehicle was confirmed by the dealership service manager.
