CPO with Frame Damage?

Our client bought a certified Chrysler 200 from Russell Westbrook CDJR in Los Angeles County. When our client went to sell the car, he found out not only that it was in an accident, but that the car had frame damage. The law forbids dealers from selling certified pre-owned vehicles that have frame damage.
