Alvarenga v. Lexus of Glendale – Los Angeles County
New case filed against Lexus of Glendale. Our client purchased a 2016 Certified Pre-Owned Lexus 200h. Out client alleges Lexus of Glendale (1) misrepresented the condition of the Lexus; (2) misrepresented the Lexus’ history; (3) violated Vehicle Code § 11713.18(a); and (4) concealed material damage to the Vehicle.
