Our client alleges he bought a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban from Ron Smith Buick GMC. When he asked the Ron Smith Buick GMC staff if the Chevrolet had been in any accidents, he was told no.  That was false, as our client discovered when he tried to trade in the Chevrolet several months later and was told – by another dealership and by CarMax appraisers – that the Chevrolet had frame damage!
