Our client alleges he bought a 2015 Chevy Impala from Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino. Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernardino allegedly failed to disclose that the Chevy was a prior rental vehicle, as there were no advertisements or signs on the Chevy that said it was a prior rental. Also, Car Pros Volkswagen allegedly failed to provide our client with his license plates and tags, which resulted in him being ticketed by the police.
