TESLA

Rosner, Barry and Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed a lawsuit against Tesla Motors. Our client alleges that Tesla Motors concealed damage to the Tesla Model S. Our client believes that Tesla Motors knew of the damage, and opted to not repair it, hoping that our client would find it to be “no big deal.”
California law requires car dealers to disclose material damage to vehicles – even if it has been repaired – prior to sale. (See, Vehicle Code § 9990.) The lawsuit contends that Tesla Motors tried to get a round this requirement.
If you purchased a car and you found out that the dealership did not disclose material damage to you, then the Rosner, Barry and Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center is ready to fight for you.
