Rios v. KIA Motors America

Our client bought a brand-new KIA Niro in 2017 from Kearny Pearson Ford & Kia in San Diego, California. Since purchasing the car, our client has had continuous problems with the Niro’s dashboard screen. Despite numerous repair attempts, the dashboard screen continues to malfunction.
