Welcome & thank you for checking out your career options with the Auto Fraud Legal Center LLP.

If you have a passion for helping those in need but still want to balance your professional and personal lives, you are going to like enforcing the consumer rights of car buyers against California’s licensed car dealers and lenders, big and small.

Whether you are an Attorney or a member of our well-oiled litigation support team, you’ll love how your new team uses its decades of experience and excellence to help those in need without getting dragged in the drama, trauma and overbearing relationships that too often accompany a career in private practice, especially litigation.

As an associate, you will be handed great cases to work in accordance with the statutes and precedent AFLC has established over the years. You will be given all the opportunities you can handle to demonstrate your skills and ample training and guidance to make the most of these chances. But you will never be thrown in the deep end alone.

Check out the Job Openings we have today, but if you don’t see a listing and you are a licensed California attorney in good standing who’d like to know how your career may benefit from joining the AFLC team, reach out anytime.

Associate Attorney (Remote & Hybrid Eligible)

If you are looking for a successful practice in a fulfilling niche of civil litigation – this could be the one. It pays fairly based on the reasonable demands of the position, and the ability to balance your busy personal life while still trying interesting cases.

California’s leading consumer law firm for used car buyers, Auto Fraud Legal Center LLP, based in San Diego, CA is looking for California Attorneys for its thriving practice.

Given how heavily our work involves Law & Motion and Discovery, the ideal candidate would have a few years of civil litigation experience under their belt, but we are willing to train those with the right attitude and appreciation of the work.

The firm has hundreds of active cases in both California Superior Courts and the various Arbitration providers you’d expect such as JAMS and AAA.

You would not be expected to perform any intake or pre-litigation tasks,  starting instead once a complaint has been written by experts in our field. Therefore, virtually all of you time spent at/on work would be billable, helping you reach your 150 expected monthly average.

AFLC is highly effective and efficient with a robust staff wherein each member is assigned specific tasks within the litigation process, hyper supporting you in your work.

THIS IS NOT LEMON LAW (96% of the time), and that’s not what you want if you are right for us.

COMPENSATION & BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS:

You would earn a salary ranging from $90,000 as a newly minted attorney up to $200,000 or more for experienced trial vets. You would also be enrolled in our Associate Bonus program, which shares some of every hour collected with you monthly in addition to a year-end and our 401k Profit Sharing program.

You’ll receive 100% Coverage of employee Medical Insurance Premiums after 30 days and be enrolled in a transparent, individual monthly bonus program.

LOCATION:

For the first time, we are opening up our search to experienced litigators outside our home base of San Diego but you will need to travel to courts. We are restricting full remote employment to those at least 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. But Hybrid and occassional in office time will be considered for any California licensed attorney.
