Stacia C. Hoogstraal (Ratliff) received her law degree from University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. 2021) as well as an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama (B. A., International Studies, 2017).

Prior to joining the Auto Fraud Legal Center, Stacia was a personal injury litigator for one and a half years, representing clients in various cases throughout the State of California. Ms. Hoogstraal is a member of the California State Bar.
