Leading California Auto Fraud Law Firm Gets New Name

After over a decade operating as Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, LLP’s Auto Fraud Legal Center, the firm is proud to announce approval from the Secretary of State and the State Bar to change the firm’s name to Auto Fraud Legal Center LLP.

Managing Partner Hawk Barry explained that with the recent departure of partner Hallen D. Rosner, “it was time to focus on what the firm is, not who the people are.”

Partners Hawk Barry and Gregory Babbitt have been working together on auto fraud and lemon law cases for over twenty years, providing high quality legal representation and obtaining success in thousands of cases.

“Our goal is to continue representing consumers taken advantage of by car dealers, banks, and manufacturers and help them right the wrongs perpetrated against them,” Barry continued. The firm expects to continue its successes at trials, arbitrations, and appeals moving forward.
