Ybarra v. Top Notch Auto Sales

Our client alleges Top Notch Auto Sales, located in San Jose in Santa Clara County, sold her a 2012 Fiat 500 and failed to honor its warranty. She began experiencing mechanical issues shortly after purchase. The dealership took the vehicle to undertake repairs, but our client received toll road tickets in the mail during the time the car was in the dealer’s possession. Our client alleges the dealership used her vehicle while they were allegedly repairing it. To date, the vehicle still suffers from mechanical issues, but our client has the best auto fraud representation in the State – and will get her day in court.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. They always communicated when necessary but I didn’t need someone to hold my hand through the process. She was an aggressive attorney. Recommend her 100%!

This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot! They helped us every step of the way. nobody really wants to deal with going through all of this but they made the process a lot easier to deal with we can't give them enough praise!!
