Wrecked prior rental car and the dealer overcharged the license fees.
Paul Blanco’s Good Car Company in Bakersfield sold a 2014 Nissan Sentra to a young married couple. The dealership allegedly did not tell this couple that the car had been in a prior accident and had been used as rental car. The dealer allegedly told the couple the Sentra was in very good condition and never had been in any accidents. Not only that, but the dealer allegedly then overcharged the couple for the vehicle license fees to be paid to the DMV on their behalf. This couple got help from the Auto Fraud Legal Center and has taken this dealer to court.
